It has been contended that the difference between science and art is that, when an artist paints, he or she is painting a particular moment in time, and that the process of doing so not only changes the artist, but the artist's world, making it impossible to replicate the result. What changes, it seems, is the artistic vision. In this solo exhibit, come join Elaine L Hughes as she explores this concept, through a series of pairs of paintings of identical scenes.
